JEFF FARQUHAR Partner / Principal Agent
As a second generation insurance professional with more than 30 years in the industry, Jeff brings a level of knowledge and experience that provides our clients with the coverage and protection they need. After graduating from Metro Christian Academy and studying Business at Oklahoma Baptist University, Jeff and his wife, Aimee, returned to the Tulsa area. Together they have spent the last 29 years raising their four children and being involved in the community through local business, ministry and youth sports.
TIMOTHY GILL Partner / Marketing
With more than two decades in business development and sales management, Tim provides Farquhar & Gill with the valuable experience needed to generate brand awareness and continued growth in the community through the promotion of our agency and the advantages we offer our clients. After graduating from Victory Christian School and completing his hall of fame basketball career at Oral Roberts University - Tim, along with his wife, Deanna, and their three children, continue to make the Tulsa area their home.
DANIEL BADILLA Partner / Licensed Agent
Daniel is a Tulsa native and graduate of Union High School who has been working in the insurance industry since 2020. As the top sales producer, he helped grow a local agency to more than $20M in premium while building strong relationships with real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and homebuyers throughout the Tulsa area. Daniel joined FGIG in January 2026 as a partner, where he focuses on driving new business growth and helping individuals and families protect their homes, vehicles, and personal assets with well-structured coverage solutions.
AUNDRIA GILL Licensed Agent
After becoming a licensed insurance agent in February of 2026, Aundi joins the team at FGIG as our Account Services Specialist​ - supporting the agency's continued commitment to serving our clients and the community.
DEANNA GILL Marketing / Business Development
DeAnna is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with sources such as mortgage brokers, realtors, contractors, builders and other professionals to provide our mutual clients with the most efficient experience when it comes to protecting and maintaining their existing properties and assets or transitioning to new ones. Her efforts are focused on strengthening trust with our clients as well as our referral partners.
